Is the G-MONK of Monarch airlines going to be actually flying for Icelandair or is it just bought for spare parts.
What was told to me, is that all 3 Monarch 757s are going to be used for parts, although currently only G-DAJB has been registered to Icelandair. G-DAJB and G-MONJ are currently at Kemble, G-MONK is still at Birmingham, and mostly inside an hangar; I don’t know what is the reason for that.
