China Air Cargo new Chinese cargo operator

The Guangzhou-based China Air Cargo is a JV co-funded by Joy Air Holding (45%), Guangzhou Donlinks Group (35%) and Beijing Fuda Asset Management (20%) with a registered capital of 500 million yuan. The proposed carrier will operate domestic and international cargo and mail air transportation services, using Boeing 757F’s and MA600F’s. The first 757 freighter is B-2848 (c/n 27513) and was operated by Xiamen Airlines before being converted to freighter for China Air Cargo.
