BEIJING—Chinese freight carrier YTO Airlines is close to securing more than 10 American Airlines Boeing 757s for conversion to cargo operation. Boeing will acquire the passenger aircraft on behalf of YTO and convert them, said Zhu Rui, vice president of YTO Airlines owner YTO Express Group.
