Pacific Air Express new 757F operator?

Pacific Air Express might be a new Boeing 757F operator; N315ST (c/n 22611) was recently ferried from the United States to Christchurch in New Zealand and the US registration was cancelled a few days later; it was re-registered to an Australian registration (which one is not known at this moment).

There was an article in AirCargo Asia-Pacific that Pacific Air Express would start operating freight flights between Australia and China (Article).
