The last report I have of this aircraft in the original British Airways livery is on 5 June 1986 at Amsterdam Schiphol.

The first report I have of this aircraft in the then new British Airways (Landor) livery is in August 1987 at London Heathrow.

On 19 June 1991 on Stand C26 while preparing to depart London Heathrow for Brussels this aircraft was hit by a mobile luggage conveyor belt causing very minor damage near the forward cargo door. After inspection and in hurry to utilise the assigned departure slot, push-back was commenced. However the air bridge was still in place and the front left cabin door was still open. A scraping sound was heard and push-back stopped. Damage was relatively superficial and the aircraft returned to service the next day when it operated London Heathrow – Dusseldorf (BA942).

    Regards

    Andy

On 18 May 2002 this aircraft overflew the UK on a ferry flight between Mobile Downtown and Brussels after conversion to a 757 299 SF. It is likely there was an intermediate stop. The aircraft was in full DHL Red livery.

On 29 May this aircraft operated Brussels – Hamburg, its first commercial flight as a freighter.
